E coli tRNA coding for Leucine CAG anti-codon

E. coli tRNA^Leu(CAG) is an 87-nucleotide transfer RNA that decodes CUG leucine codons via its CAG anticodon and is aminoacylated by leucyl-tRNA synthetase (LeuRS). It adopts the canonical cloverleaf secondary structure and L-shaped tertiary fold characteristic of all tRNAs, with a long variable arm, a hallmark of leucine and serine tRNAs, that serves as a key identity element for LeuRS recognition. What is PRIME quality?
